Easy eSIM Installation: No QR Code? No Problem!

Can't scan the QR code? Don't sweat it! We've got you covered with simple manual installation methods for both Android and iOS devices.

For iOS Users

Direct Method
  1. Open the app or website and go to the "My eSIMs" tab.
  2. Find your Manual Installation details.
  3. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile.
  4. Tap "Add Cellular/Mobile Plan" and select "Enter Details Manually."
  5. Enter the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, and Confirmation Code (if available).
  6. Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
  7. Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.

Manual Method

  1. Follow steps 1-3 from the Direct Method.
  2. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile > Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
  3. Enter the required details (SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, Confirmation Code).
  4. Complete steps 6-7 from the Direct Method.

 

For Android Users

  1. Open the app or website and go to the "My eSIMs" tab.
  2. Find your Manual Installation details.
  3. On your Android device, go to Settings > Network & Internet.
  4. Tap the "Add" icon next to Mobile Network.
  5. Tap "Next" when asked, "Don't have a SIM card?"
  6. Tap "Enter Code Manually" and enter the QR code information (SM-DP+ Address).
  7. Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
  8. Enable Mobile data and Data Roaming.

Additional Tips

  • Enable Data Roaming to avoid roaming charges from your carrier when overseas (but turn off your primary line).
  • Set up an APN (Access Point Name) if required. Find the APN details in the eSIM installation details.
